1.1 Criminal Activity
In the case when any irregularity (including a suspicion of attempted money-laundering or fraud) has been noticed, Casinoprom reserves the right to close Accounts and/or report about criminal or other suspicious activities provided through one or multi Accounts to the relevant existing regulatory or law enforcement authorities. All offenders’ Account balances will be blocked, withdrawals will be void, deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
1.2 Collusion and cheating
Casinoprom is eligible to disable users Accounts and forfeit their Account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they will be noticed of gaining, attempting to gain an advantage of trading information of their cards or establishing a collusive agreement with other users to take an unfair advantage. These advantages may consist of chip dumping and transfer, discussing a hand during play, multiple using a single Account, soft playing. Casinoprom provides the rigorous examination of play by both manual and automated ways and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, Casinoprom provides proactively and randomly examining gameplays and Accounts.
1.3 Fraudulent activity
Once Casinoprom noticed a fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (including using the VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or making bets, wagers or poker play through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we are eligible to block user’s Account with forfeiting of all Account balances without prior notification. In such cases, Casinoprom reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities including but not limited to banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such user.
In order to verify player`s account Casinoprom management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin alphabet. In case player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in above-mentioned alphabet Casinoprom reserves the right to demand video verification where player shows his/her documents.
1. The verification documents (readable and in good quality):
1.1 Proof of Identity: Passport, Driving License or official Government issued ID card.
• Must be a Passport, Driving License or other official Government issued ID card
• Both Front and Back of ID card must be received
• Document must be in date and not expired
• Document must be showing expiry date
• Document must show your unaltered photo
• Document must show your date of birth
• Water marks on documents must be visible
1.2 Proof of Address: Utility bill, phone bill or bank statement displaying your name and address in full.
• Must be either a utility bill, mobile phone bill or bank statement (copy of paper statement)
• Must show your FULL address including any post/ zip codes
• Must show your FULL name
• Must display official logo of issuing company
• Must be dated within the last 90 days
• Must be able to see full document
1.3 Proof of Deposit: Screenshot or photo from online bank, bank statement, EcoPayZ page, etc. showing the deposit.
• Must display the company name
• Must display the amount paid
2. You will also have to submit documents to verify your Deposit and/or Withdrawal methods depending on the chosen method. Please check below information on the methods you have used to find out what you need to send:
2.1 If using Ewallets: Screenshot of ewallet profile page showing profile with postal address visible.
2.2 If using Credit Card: Front and Back of card used to deposit, with digits 8-12 and CVC/CVV covered.

• Cover the middle 6 digits of your credit card. The first 6 and last 4 digits must be visible

2.3 If using Bank withdrawal: Bank statement dated within the last 90 days showing full name and address.
